Order Processing & Shipping
Although we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please allow up to 10 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed.
Once an order is confirmed, an email confirmation will be provided with order details. Please make sure you check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive an email.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it has shipped, so please review your order details and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. Additionally, once the package has been received and scanned by the delivery service, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between you, as the customer, and the delivery service.
Refund/Return Policy
Due to the nature of the personalized and custom items that we provide, refunds/returns are not offered. All sales are final. Please review the size charts and email us with any questions you may have prior to purchasing.
If we have made a mistake on an item, please contact us for assistance within 15 days of receiving the item at info@kreativeoriginals.co. Items will be corrected or a store credit will be issued.
