Can you create custom orders?

What if I need a bulk order?

Please email us at info@kreativeorginals.co or submit a request through the Contact Us page for a quote.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within one hour of placing the order but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Processing starts almost immediately, so any orders that are not canceled within the the one hour time frame will be processed and completed/shipped according to our typical processes. 

Can I make a change to my order after it is placed?

You may make a change to your order within one hour of placing the order. Please email info@kreativeoriginals.co with requested changes, and if we are able to accommodate the change, we will update your order. 

When will my order arrive?

Although we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please allow up to ten (10 ) business days (does not include weekends or holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped. Actual shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method that you choose and your location. Most orders are typically processed and received within 3-7 business days, but again, please allow up to ten (10) business days for processing. 

This process applies to local pick-ups as well (minus shipping, of course!).
